Return Policy

A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Reach us to make the first step of your return. Email us at support@septlucky.com

 

Before you return anything, please read these following policies.

  • Only items with quality problems, like damage during the transportation, defective items shipped from our warehouses and so on.
  • All returns must be in new, unused condition and have original packaging intact with all materials that come with the item.

 

  • Do not ship the package back to the address on the shipping label or the address mentioned here. The return shipping address must be provided by our customer service team.
  • When shipping your item back, please use UPS, FEDEX or USPSwith Confirmation. We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • You will be responsible for all return shipping fees as we do not offer free return.
  • Only after we receive the returned item, will we ship the replacement or process the refund.
  • Please note, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your total payment as they are not refundable.

Refunds

Due to the large amount of daily orders, processing returns may take up to 5-10 business days from the date we receive your returned item. the money will be in your account in 2-5 days, We will notify you via email to confirm that your return order has been processed.

 

Cancellations and Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We don’t accept any order cancellations once your order has been processed. We highly recommend you think about whether you want this order or not and whether you can wait for it before you make this order.

Keep in mind that all of your order information must be correct. We are not responsible for any bad results due to your incorrect shipping address or wrong personal information.

 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
